QUALITY MANAGEMENT APPROACH
Our quality management approach is to ensure quality is planned for each project and that it can be completed successfully in compliance with our quality standards and those required by our customers.
In order to be successful, Perth Commercial Cleaning Services will meet its quality objectives by using an integrated quality approach to define work quality standards, measure quality and continuously improve quality.
Cleaning and facilities management service quality for Perth Commercial Cleaning Services projects is defined by the company’s current standards established over 15 year’s operation, industry best-practice, all government regulation and standards for safety and the environment, company policy for management of contractors and project participants – and guidelines for all interactions that impact delivery of our service, the general public and our customers.
QUALITY TRAINING
Training is an ongoing process at PCCS and is carried out to enable our staff to keep abreast of any changes to work processes, legislation and WHS issues.
Perth Commercial Cleaning Services dedicate approximately 15% of staff time to training and development in cleaning and facilities management work skills, equipment operation and safety training – all with appropriate and applicable quality management procedures integrated into the overall training regime. Team Supervisors are involved in all quality policy generation in order to manage and direct all workers on their obligations and performance expectations to achieve quality outcomes.
QUALITY METHODS AND PRACTICES
To ensure quality outcomes for our customers, PCCS has developed methods and practices to:
- Ensure quality work outcomes for our customers
- Define and record metrics and methods of proof for measuring the successful application of our work quality practices
- Ensure our work complies with industry best practice, government and industry regulation,
- Assign roles and responsibilities for delivering quality outcomes to appropriately qualified or trained staff
- Ensure all staff and project participants are informed of the goals of adopting quality practices and their obligations to achieve those goals.
